We must recognize the epic importance and magnitude of the shed blood of Jesus Christ in our lives. Without His death and shed blood there is no remission of sin, there is no reconciliation between God and man. His blood cleanses us from all unrighteousness and sin. His precious blood represents our everlasting redemption, it sets the captives free from sin. Our life and eternity is totally dependent on the blood’s anointing power avoiding the death angel from taking our soul. His blood offers us authority, everyday power, boldness to speak,  peace of mind, bodily healing, protection from harm, fellowship with others, breaks the yoke of heaviness, frees us from demonic oppression, and the avoidance from future sinning. The blood allows us to have communion with Christ, establish a closer relationship and understanding with the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit. We then receive unification, all within one body, deliverance, freedom, joy, and most of all, our salvation.
Don’t be confused by the Old Testament teaching of the law with animal sacrifices. ie. the Passover markings and the temple offerings. The blood from animals can not pay or be a substitute for our sins. The Jewish people conducted these practices as their means to rid themselves from sin and shame. The Lamb of God was not yet made available to them. God’s blood runs through the body of Jesus and all His saints, this blood is God ordained with unlimited holy and righteous power.
Don’t be dismayed with today’s shedding of blood. The 65 million babies in the United States of America, that have been aborted, those responsible will be held accountable during the tribulation period and the last judgement.
Rejoice in knowing the acceptance of Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, His death on the cross for the forgiveness of sins, His resurrection, His grace, will enable our salvation.
God’s love for His saints is beyond comprehension. Remember, Justification by His blood + Sanctification by His Grace = Glorification in Heaven.
