Q: Does the Rapture start the Seven Year Tribulation?
A: No, the signing and confirmation of a covenant between the Antichrist, Israel, and “Death & Sheol” start the Tribulation. I believe the Rapture occurs a few years prior to the Tribulation.
Q: Who and when will we know who the Antichrist is?
A: We hear speculation often as to who the Antichrist is. People left on earth will find out who he is when the Antichrist arrives on the White Horse prior to the Tribulation (Revelation 6:1). We, as believers, will be raptured to Heaven and not be present on earth during this time.
Q: Is the Rapture and the Second Coming the same event?
A: The Rapture occurs prior to the Tribulation and is found in 1 Corinthians 15:50-52 and 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18. Jesus descends to the clouds above the earth and raptures all believers, both dead and alive, to go back to Heaven with Him. The Second Coming occurs at the end of the Tribulation—in fact during the Battle of Armageddon—when Christ returns with His bride to fight and win the battle against the Antichrist, the False Prophet and Satan (Revelation 16:12-16, 19:7-21).
Q: I want to be cremated. Is there anything in the Bible regarding cremation?
A: No, the Bible does not address cremation. Whether you are cremated or have a typical burial is your decision. God created us and will have no problem putting us back together.
Q: Is Heaven and Hell real?
A: Yes, to both. God resides in the Third Heaven. He reigns over the nations from His Holy Throne (Psalm 33:13-14, Isaiah 66:1, Revelation 11:19). God created Hell for Satan and his fallen angels (Matthew 25:41). God did not create Hell for mankind—but man fell and God had to accommodate man in Hell. I believe Hell is located in another realm or dimension that we humans cannot comprehend.
Q: I heard something about glorified bodies—will I receive a glorified body?
A: If you are a true believer in Christ, you will receive your glorified body at the Rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:15-18).
Q: I heard about the Mark of the Beast—just what is it?
A: The False Prophet forces this mark on all people at the midpoint of the Tribulation. Without this mark no one can buy or sell, have something to eat, have a job, or provide for the family. The mark could consist of a medical implant chip, RFID device, I.D. card, or barcode tattoo. If one takes this mark they show their allegiance to the Antichrist. Those who refuse the mark will likely be killed (Revelation 13:15-18).
